Operations → Suppliers is a directory of the places your day runs through — waste sites, merchants, dealers — each with an address and phone number.
Appointments are the non-job stops on the schedule (tip run, pickup, sales visit). Create one from the schedule, pick who's going, and optionally link a supplier. The crew's Today screen then shows a Navigate button (opens their satnav) and tap-to-call for the supplier — and they can clock in and out of the appointment, so tip runs stop being invisible time. The appointment page shows the office exactly how long each stop really took.
