Operations → Live is the dispatcher's view of today — who's on site, who's travelling, what's done and what's still to do.
Operations → Map plots your sites and (where you've enabled crew location) shows each crew's last-seen position — useful for lone-worker safety and for sending the nearest crew to an urgent job.
Crew location is opt-in per company and only captured while a crew member is on shift. Location history is automatically deleted after 90 days.
