With POWRA on clock-on enabled (Settings → Features), crew answer a short point-of-work risk assessment when they clock on — conditions, hazards, controls — before the day's work begins. Answers are kept with the day's record, so there's evidence the check happened, dated and signed, if anyone ever asks. It sits alongside site RAMS sign-off (per site) as the daily half of the safety story.
