Incident reporting

Crews log incidents from the field, the office investigates, and the safety record writes itself.

Operations → Incidents is your H&S incident log.

Crew report an incident straight from their phone (with a severity, a description and photos). Your office gets an instant notification, and the incident is recorded with who, what and when. Use it for near-misses, injuries, property damage or anything that needs documenting.

Investigating one. Open the Investigation panel on any incident and record whether it cost working time (and how many days), whether it's RIDDOR reportable, who was hurt, what the root cause was, and the lesson for everyone else. Add corrective actions with an owner and a date, and tick them off as they're done.

Sharing the learning. Once you've written the lesson, "Send to the team" notifies every active person and records the date it went. Client audits and tender questionnaires ask to see this, and a date with nobody told is not evidence.

Reports → Safety record turns all of it into the figures a pre-qualification questionnaire asks for: lost time injuries, person hours and your LTIFR. The hours come from your actual clock-ins, so it's a number you can show the working on.
