On Reports → Monthly work reports, under the month picker, Download the whole month as a spreadsheet gives you a CSV of every completed visit that month across every client. Each client row also has its own Spreadsheet button for just that client.
One row per visit: date, client, site, round, the visit, who was there, on site and off site times, minutes and time on site, then four separate columns for the work — Completed, Carried to next visit, Not required and Not completed — followed by the notes the crew shared with the client, waste taken off site and the number of photos. A totals line at the bottom counts the visits, the sites and the hours.
No prices. It is a record of work, not a financial report, so it is safe to forward to an estates manager or attach to a tender. For cost, revenue and margin by visit use Reports → Month review instead.
Two honesty points. A visit nobody clocked into has a blank time rather than a zero, and the totals line says how many of those there were. Carried to next visit and Not required are kept apart on purpose: the first means a catch-up is booked, the second means the job wasn't needed.
Opens in Excel, Numbers or Google Sheets. The file is named for the month, and for the client when you export one.
