Already quoting in Xero? Settings → Payments & accounting → Xero → Import quotes from Xero pulls them across: draft, sent, accepted and declined, with every line's description, quantity, price and discount, and VAT handled (including tax-inclusive quotes).
Customers are matched by name; anyone missing is created with their email. It never duplicates — pushed quotes don't come back as copies, and re-running the import is safe. Older Xero connections may need a quick disconnect and reconnect to grant quote access; the button tells you if so.
