Settings → Business holds two things customers see everywhere:
- Business details on your documents — trading address, phone, email, website, VAT number. These print on quote and invoice letterheads and the customer-facing pages.
- Customer-facing contact details — the phone and email shown to customers, separate from your login email. Handy when sign-in lives with the owner but calls should go to the office.
Set them once; every document picks them up from then on.
