Settings → Customer notifications holds the master switches for the automatic, white-label emails SwardOps can send on your behalf. Everything is off by default — turn on what suits your business, and opt individual customers out on their page.
- Day-before visit reminders — "we're visiting tomorrow, please leave access".
- Crew on route — "our crew are on their way" when the crew taps on-route (opt-in per customer).
- Visit reports — a summary with photos the moment the crew completes (you choose whether times are shown).
- Review requests — a Google-review ask the day after a completed visit (needs your review link; max one per customer per fortnight).
- Payment thank-you — "thanks, all settled" the moment an invoice is paid, however it was paid.
- Quote-accepted confirmation — "you've accepted, we'll be in touch" when a customer accepts online.
Every email carries your logo and name, and replies go to the address you set.
