Clients → Services is your price book — the catalogue of work you do, each with a cost and sell price, so quotes and invoices are quick and consistently priced.
If you've connected Xero or QuickBooks, one click imports your saved products & services straight into the price book (safe to re-run — existing entries just get their prices refreshed). The list is searchable with pages, so a big catalogue stays manageable.
Recurring contracts are for regular work (e.g. fortnightly grounds maintenance). Set the schedule and the billing, and SwardOps automatically raises the instalment invoices as drafts when they're due — you just review and send. No more forgetting to bill a monthly contract.
