Every account gets a private lead address — find it on Clients → Leads, it looks like q-…@in.swardops.com. Forward any enquiry email to it and the lead appears with the person, their company, the site address, phone number and a one-line summary of what they want. The full original is kept as a note.
Two more no-typing routes on the Leads page:
- Paste a message — copy a WhatsApp, text or DM in and it's read the same way.
- Dictate — tap the mic and say it.
Texts forwarded from a registered staff mobile to your SwardOps number become leads automatically too. However it arrives, you carry on the same way: pick One-off quote, Contract or Project from the lead card.
