Two switches under Settings → Online requests & booking:
- Work-request form: a public, branded "request a quote / book us" page. New requests land on Clients → Requests for you to approve or decline (the requester is emailed either way).
- Online booking: go further and let customers pick a day: the page shows only days with room, from your weekday and capacity settings. Choose approve-first (you confirm each one) or instant.
There's also a ready-made "</> Embed" snippet on the Requests page, paste it into your website and you've got a request button that feeds SwardOps directly.
Your colours. Tick Use my own colours on the public forms in that same section and you get two pickers: the page background (behind the form) and the form background (the card the questions sit on). A live preview updates as you pick. Buttons and highlights use the accent colour from Settings → Quotes & branding, so the form matches your quotes and invoices.
You only ever choose those backgrounds. The text, boxes and borders are worked out from them, so a dark green page gets light text and a cream one gets dark text, and the form stays readable whatever you pick. Untick the box to go back to the standard look. Your enquiry form (Request a quote) uses the same colours.
