Two switches under Settings → Online requests & booking:
- Work-request form — a public, branded "request a quote / book us" page. New requests land on Clients → Requests for you to approve or decline (the requester is emailed either way).
- Online booking — go further and let customers pick a day: the page shows only days with room, from your weekday and capacity settings. Choose approve-first (you confirm each one) or instant.
There's also a ready-made "</> Embed" snippet on the Requests page — paste it into your website and you've got a request button that feeds SwardOps directly.
