Clients → Recommendations is your upsell board. Raise one against a customer/site ("the west hedge needs reducing"), add photos (up to 3) and even draw on a map, and the customer gets a branded email — and sees it on their portal.
Mark it quotable and they get a "Request a quote" button; one tap flags your office, and Generate quote turns it into a draft quote with everything pre-filled. Not interested? Dismiss it and it disappears from their portal.
