In Settings → Customers, switch on Ask for a review after a visit (you'll need your Google review link set). The day after a completed visit, the customer gets a branded ask with a review button. Three refinements:
- New customers only — only ask after someone's first ever completed job, once. Long-standing customers are never pestered on routine visits.
- Star-gate — customers rate 1–5 privately first. 4–5 stars carry on to Google; 1–3 come to you as private feedback so you can put it right before it goes public.
- Also ask by text — the same link by SMS, which gets read far more than email.
Everything lands on Reputation (main menu) — asks sent, stars gathered, private feedback to act on. There's also an AI reply drafter for answering the reviews themselves.
