Team → Training records what your team are trained on, in two lists:
- In-house training — familiarisation you run yourself (e.g. ride-on mower induction), recorded with who delivered it.
- Outsourced training — external tickets (chainsaw, PA1/PA6 spraying, first aid) with the provider and certificate number.
Courses can have a validity period — anything expiring within 60 days is flagged, and lapsed training re-locks automatically.
The equipment lock: on each course, tick the machines it covers. Anyone without valid training sees that kit locked in the morning briefing ("Needs training — ask the office") and can't take it, until their record is added. It's the simplest way to make "don't touch that until you're trained" actually stick.
