- Getting started (2½ min, above) — why the app, signing in and your PIN, the home screen, what Today is for each morning, clocking in, your jobs, who to tell if something's wrong, and that it works without signal. Watch on YouTube
- Kit and vehicles (1½ min) — the morning briefing, taking the kit allocated to you and the spares, keys and gate codes, returning it at night and the end-of-use check. Watch
- RAMS and safety on site (1¼ min) — the job page, reading and signing the RAMS, the point-of-work check, where the safety documents live. Watch
- Clocking in and off (1¼ min) — clocking in for the day, clocking a teammate in, clocking in to the job on arrival, accounting for the gaps, clocking off, and the Hours page. Watch
- Tasks for next time (1 min) — the "not finished yet" list, reminders flagged by a crew, flagging something for the next visit, and "can't finish" folding into the next one. Watch
- Holidays and your emergency contact (½ min) — the first-day contact, My details, and requesting leave. Watch
