The scoreboard turns good habits into a game the crew actually care about. Points are earned for real work — jobs completed, tasks done, machine checks passed, faults reported honestly, RAMS signed — and lost for late starts and failed spot checks. You can change what each thing is worth under Settings → Team rewards.
- Weekly board — resets on your chosen day; the winner gets whatever reward you've set (write it in Settings so the crew can see what they're playing for).
- Quarterly championship — a season-long points race running alongside the weekly board, with a countdown and its own prize.
- Also in there: a most improved award (against each person's own average), a weekly spot-prize draw among everyone who cleared the bar, crew-vs-crew averages, and each person's tap-open points ledger so nothing feels arbitrary.
- Optional Friday blackout — hide the board from crew on Fridays for a bit of suspense before the reveal.
The office can award or dock points with a reason, and past winners are tracked so rewards actually get given.
