SwardOps connects to the tools you already use (find these in Settings / Billing):
- Stripe: lets clients pay invoices by card online (and quote deposits, and in-person QR payments). Funds go straight to your Stripe account; SwardOps never holds your money.
- Xero: syncs invoices both ways, imports your products & services into the price book (tracked inventory items land in Materials & stock with cost + sell price), and marks invoices paid here when they're settled there.
- QuickBooks: the same invoice sync and price-book import for QuickBooks users.
- GoCardless: Direct Debit collection for regular clients.
Each integration uses your own account with that provider, and you connect it in a couple of clicks under Settings.
