SwardOps connects to the tools you already use (find these in Settings / Billing):
- Stripe — lets customers pay invoices by card online (and quote deposits, and in-person QR payments). Funds go straight to your Stripe account; SwardOps never holds your money.
- Xero — syncs invoices both ways, imports your products & services into the price book, and marks invoices paid here when they're settled there.
- QuickBooks — the same invoice sync and price-book import for QuickBooks users.
- GoCardless — Direct Debit collection for regular customers.
Each integration uses your own account with that provider, and you connect it in a couple of clicks under Settings.
