Finding your way around

How the top navigation is organised, and the difference between the office and crew views.

SwardOps has two views:

  • The office console (what you're in now) — the full desktop back-office: Dashboard, Schedule, and the grouped menus Operations, Clients, Team, Equipment, Business.
  • The crew day-view — a stripped-back mobile screen your crew see on their phones, showing just their jobs for the day. They never see your office menus, financials or other customers.

The top menu groups everything:

  • Schedule — your week, assigning work to crews.
  • Operations — Live board, Map, Urgent jobs, Incidents.
  • Clients — Leads, Customers, Quotes, Services, Invoices, Debtors.
  • Team — Crews, Staff, Timesheets, Leave, Compliance.
  • Equipment — Machines, Checks, Materials, Spray diary, COSHH.
  • Business — Reports, Profit, Audit log, Settings, Billing.

The 🔔 bell (top right) is where alerts land — overdue machines, certificates expiring, upcoming leave, and more.
