SwardOps has two views:
- The office console (what you're in now), the full desktop back-office: Dashboard, Schedule, and the grouped menus Operations, Clients, Team, Equipment, Business.
- The crew day-view: a stripped-back mobile screen your crew see on their phones, showing just their jobs for the day. They never see your office menus, financials or other clients.
Pick your menu size. The office menu comes in two flavours, switchable any time under Settings → Menu: Simple shows the eight things you need to quote, plan, do and bill (Dashboard, Schedule, Inbox, Clients, Sites, Quotes, Invoices, Settings) with the rest one click away under "Everything else"; Full shows every section, grouped. New accounts start Simple; search finds every page in either mode — type what you'd call it ("wages", "holiday", "kit", "who owes me") and the page comes up alongside matching clients, sites and jobs.
The full menu groups everything:
- Schedule: your week, assigning work to crews.
- Operations: Live board, Map, Urgent jobs, Incidents.
- Clients: Leads, Clients, Quotes, Services, Invoices, Debtors.
- Team: Crews, Staff, Timesheets, Leave, Compliance.
- Equipment: Machines, Checks, Materials, Spray diary, COSHH.
- Business: Reports, Profit, Audit log, Settings, Billing.
The 🔔 bell (top right) is where alerts land, overdue machines, certificates expiring, upcoming leave, and more.
Two add-on packs (❄️ Winter gritting and 🌳 Tree work (arb)) switch on in Settings and add their own pages when enabled. Subcontractors lives under Team.
Most records (quotes, invoices, jobs, visits) carry a History panel showing who changed what and when, handy when something looks different from yesterday.
